We never sell your personal data.
No cross‑app or cross‑site advertising. FineTime is funded by your subscription, not tracking.
Full control. Open Profile & Settings › Data & Privacy to export or delete your data.
Sensors & uploads. Location, NFC, Camera, and optional user‑uploaded images or sounds are used to complete challenges and improve crash analytics; raw sensor data is discarded within minutes and never leaves your device.
Map dots. A fuzzed dot (in or near your time‑zone) is shown to other users for up to 1 hour after an alarm outcome and then deleted.
Premium model. Apple App‑Store subscription required.
Platform availability. Currently iOS‑only; Android coming soon.
1 · Introduction
KILAM LLC (Texas, USA) owns the FineTime iOS application and https://finetime.app (collectively, the Service). FineTime motivates you to wake up on time by asking you to complete physical or cognitive challenges / tasks. If you fail, a pre‑authorised amount is sent to causes you select.

5 · Cookies and Website Tracking
We set essential first‑party cookies for load balancing, session management, and remembering your choices.
Optional analytics cookies load only after you grant consent via the banner.
We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
6 · How Long We Keep Data
Map dots – deleted after 24 hours.
Raw sensor readings – stay on device and are discarded within minutes.
Onboarding data - deleted after two weeks for users who start app onboarding but never subscribe to the app. Deletion includes personal identifiers.
All other Personal Data – retained for up to 10 years for subscribed users, then erased or irreversibly anonymised. Users can delete their account at any time.
7 · Who Sees Your Data
Service providers – Apple Inc. (subscriptions), Google LLC / Firebase (hosting and analytics), Invertase Ltd. (Stripe extension), Stripe Inc. (donation payments). All are bound by written agreements.
Authorities or buyers – only when required by law or during a corporate transaction.
We never sell Personal Data.
Production data is stored on Google Cloud / Firebase in US regions. International transfers follow EU/UK Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
8 · Your Rights and Controls
Delete – Profile & Settings → Delete Account → Delete Account.
Correct, restrict, or object – e‑mail support@kilam.llc.
Newsletter opt‑out – click “unsubscribe” in any mail.
We reply to verified requests within 30 days, usually within 2.
9 · Children
FineTime is recommended for adults 18 years and older.
10 · Changes
We will announce material updates in‑app and via e‑mail at least seven days before they take effect.

8 · Donation Payments & Payouts
Donation Processing. Stripe securely processes all optional donations and deducts its standard processing fee. If you miss a challenge on an alarm with an active pledge, you have 7 days from when the alarm is due to reconnect your device to Wi-Fi or cellular so our servers can receive the signal. If no connection is made within that time, the pledged donation will be processed automatically.
Confirmation. Whenever a pledged donation is processed, you will receive an official email from Stripe on FineTime’s behalf. This email will include the alarm time, the challenge details, the donation amount, and clear instructions on how to dispute a charge if necessary.
Payout Timing. Donations are batched and distributed once per year at the start of the following calendar year. In rare cases—such as pending disputes or charity approvals—a donation may be moved into the next year’s batch. Donations are held in FineTime’s Stripe account.
Distribution. When donations are split across multiple charities, amounts may be slightly rounded up or down to ensure even distribution. If a user adds a donation but does not specify to which charity then FineTime will give their donation to a random charity.
Visibility. Completed distributions appear in Settings -> Alarm History so you can always track what has been processed.
Tax Note. Donations are made by KILAM LLC to the charities you have directed. We do not issue tax receipts in your name, and donations are not be tax-deductible to you.
